I see, but its not mentioned in the release schedule, so its okay Smiley

Though, the light novel release schedule does need a major updating:

And of course an update won't happen, unless I get some help >_< anyone volunteering?

Children's literature:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Children's_literature

Why a thread about japanese children's literature in the light novel sub forum?

Some japanese children's literature are considered to be light novels by some fans. how? they are illustrated just like light novels, and sometimes even written in the same writing style used in light novels. but these are still children's literature, becasue they are not considered to be light novels by their publishers (an enough reason not to mention them as so).

For example, novels that come from Poplar Pocket Bunko label are considered light novels by some fans, but Poplar Pocket Bunko is a label of novels for children.

The reason for this thread is to mention some of the labels used to publish children's literature, and by so keep us from mentioning them as light novels. or at least we'll know (by checking the label its published under) that these are children's novels that some fans consider to be light novels Smiley
