hey does anyone know where to buy all the (jap) suzumiya haruhi light novels? i checked both amazon jp and yesasia as well as various other sites (hlj, play-asia etc) and they either have none or only the latest which are from vol 7 onwards or something. help greatly appreciated!

You mentioned three sites that I would have recommended you to check out (YesAsia, Amazon Japan, and even hlj), so I can't help you there >.< sorry.

Maybe someone else might be able to help you.

The only two places that I know of that may have them here in online domestically are: Sasuga Bookstore and Akadot Retail. I think they carry them for reasonably good prices compared to other places. I'm in the same boat as you are, I'm trying to collect them all too. Smiley However,I haven't even finished reading the first book! XDD;; I wish you much luck in collecting them all, it can be fun too!
