Kara no Kyoukai Anime to be Announced?
According to rumors in Japan, Type-Moon's novel Kara no Kyoukai (空の境界) will be adapted into an anime TV series. The rumor began earlier this month when Ryogi Shiki, the main character of Kara no Kyoukai, appeared in the 2007 Illustration Calendar of the anime magazine Newtype. It was also announced that a Kara no Kyoukai pin-up poster will appear in next month's issue of Newtype. According to MOON PHASE, information were leaked that a special feature article titled "Kara no Kyoukai and the Type-Moon Universe" and a pin-up poster will also appear in the February issue of Animage on sale next month (on the 10th), and that more information will be available with the release of DDD volume 1 under the new Kodansha BOX label (DDD is Type-Moon co-founder Kinoko Nasu's other novel). As of now there has been no official announcement regarding an anime adaption of Kara no Kyoukai. |
