Osamu Tezuka On-Demand Magazine

Beginning in April of this year, Content Works will launch a new service which will allow consumers to combine their favorite Osamu Tezuka manga titles into their own online magazine called Osamu Tezuka On-Demand Magazine.

According to ANS:

Kodansha, Shogakukan, Fuji Xerox, and Microsoft are all coming together to work on the project. Favorite works and episodes across 400 volumes can be selected to make your own perfect Tezuka book. Service begins in April, 2007.

Dr. Osamu Tezuka (手塚

Dr. Osamu Tezuka (手塚 治虫, Tezuka Osamu?, November 3, 1928 - February 9, 1989) was a Japanese manga artist, animator, producer and medical doctor, although he never practiced medicine. Born in Osaka Prefecture, he is best known as the creator of Astro Boy and Kimba the White Lion. He is often credited as the "Father of Anime", and is often considered the Japanese equivalent to Walt Disney, who served as a major inspiration during his formative years.
