Touen Shobo and Tsukasa Shobo Bankrupt?

There's a rumor going around the internet that adult manga publisher Touen Shobo and its subsidiary firm, Tsukasa Shobo, have filed for bankruptcy. Touen Shobo published an adult manga magazine called Comic Jumbo, which was suspended on July 6th (August issue).

Jitsubutsu Nikki points out a conversation (NSFW) on Mangaya between mangaka and editors complaining about their pay and the bankruptcy of Touen Shobo and Tsukasa Shobo. Also mentioned were several posts from a mangaka/designer's blog, where the author commented that "a certain publisher" owed him a million yen for two months.
