topWalkers, Kadokawa Shoten's Taiwanese division, has announced a new license agreement with Libre Publishing to distribute Libre's products in Taiwan.

As a result of the new deal, Kadokawa will create a new BL imprint called BLOOM Series. The new imprint will cover BL manga and light novels from Libres, as well as original BL series from Taiwan. Below is the announcement posted on Walker's offcial site:

Two new manga series will start in the June issue of Kadokawa Shoten's manga magazine Shonen Ace:

imgAccording to Japan Economic Times, Kadokawa Group Holdings has announced its plan to establish a new content management division, which will handle content copyrights.

The new company will handle the copyright of about 500 titles, including Tokikake, to start off with. A game unit spin-off will produce the first ever Haruhi Suzumiya video game adaptation as its initial project.

ICv2 reports that famed video game company Namco Bandai Holdings, publisher Kadokawa and animation house Toei have recently completed a series of cross-investments. The deal is seen as a effort to strengthen the relationship among all three content producers.

According to Moonphase, Iwai Kyouhei (Author) and Ruroo (Illustrator)'s light novel series Mushi-Uta (currently serialized in the light novel magazine The Sneaker) will be adapted into a manga series. The manga will begin serialization in the May 2007 issue of Shonen Ace. Also confirmed is an anime series, which will be aired sometime in 2007.

According to information on a bookstore pamphlet promoting Kadokawa Shoten's new seinen magazine Comic Charge (to be released in March), the serialization of the popular seinen manga MPD Psycho, written by Eiji Otsuka and drawn by Sho-u Tajima, will be moved from Shonen Ace to Comic Charge.

Idol Master XENOGLOSSIA, a manga based on the yet-to-be-released anime, will begin serialization in Comptiq Ace Vol 12 (2/26). My-Re Kurosaki will be in charge of the art. This manga is different from Idol Master relations which is based on the game version of Idol Master and began serialization in the March issue of Ichijinsha's Comic REX.
