Hobby Japan has announced that it will release manga series based on Queen's Blade in Japan. The first series, titled Queen's Blade Bitoshi Gaiden, will be released in April. The manga will be fully colored and come with an accompanying drama CD. A Queen's Blade manga anthology will also be released in late April. Other accessories such as mousepads and figurines are also being planned.

DMP has announced that it has acquired Fumi Yoshinaga's shoujo manga Garden Dreams, and plans to release it on 10/24.

Also announced was that volume 1 of Megami DX, "A collection of pin-ups and full-color illustrations from popular anime series," will be released on 10/31.

According to a news post on Aurora Publishing's website, the manga publisher will release Chihiro Tamaki's Walkin' Butterfly later this summer:

Walkin' Butterfly" is the story of the metamorphosis of Michiko, set in the world of Japanese high fashion. As a tall girl, Michiko has never fit in??? literally. She has always felt different and she can't accept herself. Her height is matched only by her complex about it. Panini Comics Brazil has announced that it plans to release Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto in Brazil. Also, according to issue 42 of the magazine Wizmania, Panini will finally release Samurai Executor in Brazil this May, and Astro Boy later this year.

Cartoon Network Latin America has recently acquired 52 episodes of the Naruto anime.
