Sakura-Con Announces First Electronic Sakura-Conduit NewsletterSeattle, WA- 11-13-2006 Sakura-Con-the Pacific Northwest's oldest and most well attended anime convention- has created the first electronic Sakura-Conduit newsletter. The November issue of the Sakura-Conduit has newsletter first Guest announcements and an exclusive interview with a new Guest of honor-be sure to check it out for more surprises! The Sakura-Conduit is a longstanding Sakura-Con tradition. It's been the first source for at convention information for years. But Sakura-Con has outgrown the Conduit's ability to reach members. It's just too difficult to distribute over 8,000 leaflets to a busy group of convention attendees. Rather than let the Sakura-Conduit die out we've decided to change the focus and delivery. Now, instead of at con information, the Sakura-Conduit will be used to extend the mission of ANCEA/Sakura-Con by keeping fans abreast of new Sakura-Con developments through out the year. To get your copy of the Sakura-Conduit please visit our website at www.sakuracon.org. Soon, you can register to receive the Sakura-Conduit directly in your e-mail inbox! ANCEA (Asia Northwest Cultural Education Association) is proud to present the 10th annual Sakura-Con, April 6-8th 2007 at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center in beautiful Downtown Seattle. For 10 years Sakura-Con has been proudly all ages, all volunteer, non-profit and "for the fans, by the fans". Sakura-Con is a chance to celebrate the Japanese media fans love most-anime, manga, music and gaming-while exploring the broader world of Asian arts and culture. Member attendance for Sakura-Con 2007 is modestly projected to hit at least 10,000 individuals; with most members attending all three days (for a potential turnstile count of well over 20,000)! Please join us for Sakura-Con 2007 as we celebrate our 10th amazing year. Pre-Register now and save substantially versus at door prices. Remember that pre-registration helps ANCEA, a state and federal non-profit organization, put on the best Sakura-Con possible! For more information please visit our website at http://www.sakuracon.org.
