From Nikkei PC Online Akiba Angels has an English article about the proposed law, which is being proposed due to a perceived (no statistical analysis to back the claim up) increase in crimes influenced by manga, anime and videogames and would make it illegal for creators to depict sexual acts involving characters perceived to be under the age of 18 (again no objective guideline, other than a few arbitrary items such as lack of underhair).
