The Yaoi Press blog has posted more information on Yaoi Jamboree, the new yaoi themed fan convention taking in Phoenix Arizona on June 20-22:

This is a genre convention, not a corporate show. It will be run similar to Anime conventions everywhere. I consider Yaoi Jamboree to be a cooperative effort among Yaoi Press and other Yaoi/BL publishers in that we will all exhibit, run panels, and have different sponsorship avenues.

NETCOMICS, a New Jersey-based online/offline graphic novel publisher, will provide manga titles from Yaoi Press, an Original English Language (OEL) publisher of yaoi manga, through its website NETCOMICS.com starting June 15th. The website allows subscribers to sample opening chapters for free and to read entire volumes for about US$1.00 each.

The Yaoi Press blog reports that Yaoi Press' manga has finally appeared on NETCOMICS' online website. The first chapter of the manga, Winter Demon by Studio Kosaru (art) and Yamila Abraham (story) can be viewed for free, while the remaining chapters are available for $0.25 per chapter.

According ICv2, Yaoi Press will be launching a new comic book line in October with the release of a new bi-monthly series titled Yaoi Candy and a one-shot titled Offered to a Demon. MangaBlog also adds that Yaoi Press plans to make their titles available online at Netcomics.

Yaoi Press is offering a $100 reward to those who can find a yaoi manga published in Europe in a language other than English.

Yaoi Press has announced the second title to their new line of art books. Dark Dreams will showcase the work of Italian studio Dany&Dany. The 64 page book will focus on beautiful men and male/male romance. Unlike Yaoi Press' explicit Yaoi Gothic art book, Dark Dreams will have a 16+ rating. This is the fourth book Yaoi Press will publish by Dany&Dany in 2007.
