Japonese actor/producer Tetsuya Bessho - of live-action Ultraman - The Next (2005) will be in São Paulo city to attend the 17ºInternational Festival de Curtas-Metragens.

Tetsuya Bessho was the co-founder of the Shorts Shorts Festival that introduces people to the world of short films both in Japan and U.S.A.
