I've lost count; how many "N"s do we have now? In any case, there's no reason to fear someone with no power over you (even if he does have the cutest evil laugh ever). You are right in saying that we all have some "kira" in us. Everyone has both good and evil within them. The balance of the two is what makes us human. The problem with kira is that he's upsetting that balance by tipping the scale in evil's favour. This leads to his "God complex". It is not our right to choose who lives and dies that decision lies only with the true God in nature, and the courts in the justice system. That, "N", is why "kira" is wrong and must be stopped. For in upsetting that balance, he's become a human no longer, but is now on the level of a wild animal.
