Touen ShoboShinbunka reports that Touen Shobo (Toen Shobo) has closed its business on August 31st. According to the report, Touen Shobo notified their lenders regarding an adjustment of their debts on August 24th. There's a rumor going around the internet that adult manga publisher Touen Shobo and its subsidiary firm, Tsukasa Shobo, have filed for bankruptcy. Touen Shobo published an adult manga magazine called Comic Jumbo, which was suspended on July 6th (August issue). Chuosha reports that Toen Shobo's monthly seijin magazine Comic Jumbo ceased publication with its August issue, which went on sale July 6th. The monthly magazine will be sold for 390 yen, and will feature series such as Shin Naniwa Kinyudo by Yuji Aoki.
