A few new manga listings have appeared on Amazon.com that could mean new Tokyopop titles in January 2008: - V. B. Rose by Banri Hidaka Source: AoD MangaCast and Same Hat! Same Hat! report a few new manga titles and releases announced during this year's BookExpo America: Drawn & Quarterly: Last Gasp: Vertical: According to Comic Book Resources, Tokyopop announced at this year's Book Expo of America that it plans to release an English version of the popular Japanese magazine Gothic Lolita Bible in early 2008. Publishers Weekly and animeOnline has more. Via: AoD ICv2 reports that Yen Press has announced two new titles: - Y Square by Judith Park Yen Press's Kurt Hassler also explained Yen Press' plan on dealing with sound effect translations, and mentions that Yen Press plans to release over 50 graphic novel in 2008. Yaoi Suki reports that Kitty Media has licensed to new yaoi titles: - I Want to Be Naughty! by Mei Sakuraga Also confirmed are a few previously leaked licenses: - Scandalous Seiryo University by Kazuto Tatsukawa According to Yaoi Suki, Media Blasters (parent company of Kitty Media) has licensed to new BL manga: MangaCast points out that Del Rey has acquired Basilisk author Masaki Segawa's Yagyu Ninja Scrolls. The manga, which was licensed during NYCC, is currently listed on Del Rey's release schedule for Q4 2007 (PDF). The first volume will be released in October 2007. According to its latest blog post, Icarus Publishing has licensed Yamatogawa's Aqua Bless. Also mentioned is another manga titled Bikini no Reina Sensei by Chataro, the English title of which has yet to be determined.
