Well today I made someone have chest pains. Almost like a heart attack. I also made someone cut themselves while working with food today at work. She deserved it. I use my Death Note where ever I go. The funny part about her cutting her fingure is that when I handed her the knife I said "Don't cut your fingure". She laughed, but I didn't because I was serious. I am working on doing something right now to someone, but I don't know what yet.

The detectives mentioned a practical joke by medicine students as one of the possibilities, the academic year had just started and the students have relatively easy access to dead bodies. Still, the police fear that they are dealing with a serial killer.[5] Later, a hypothetical revenge action in the gay scene was brought up.[2]

A public announcement asking for witnesses got a single reaction. A jogger had seen a blond man lying down on the same spot where the victim was found two days later. The next day she saw the man again. The witness thought the man was sleeping and did not pay much attention to it. It is not certain that the man was indeed the victim.[8]

The police established cooperation with the working group Corpus, who are involved in the investigation of the Mons serial killer, because there is a similar modus operandi.[2][9]
